INGREDIENTS

1 RED PEPPER.
1 ORANGE PEPPER.
1 YELLOW PEPPER.

500 GRS. OF ARRACHERA.
2 SMOKED PORK CHOPS.
2 GRILLING SAUSAGES.
1 ONION.
2 GARLIC CLOVE.
½ KGS. OF CORN OR FLOUR TORTILLAS.

 
 
 

PREPARATION

• Cut the arrachera into 3x3 cubes aprox.
• Slice the grilling sausages and cut the smoked chops into cubes.
• Cut the pepper and the onion into cubes, chop the garlic finely.
• Stir-fry the sausage and the chop for 8 minutes, remove from heat
• Aside, stir-fry the pepper, onion and garlic for 10 minutes, remove form heat.
• Fry the arrachera for 10 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10 more minutes.
• Serve the meal with tortillas.
