INGREDIENTS

3 YELLOW PEPPERS.
3 ORANGE PEPPERS.

190 GRS. OF CREAM CHEESE.
90 GRS. OF BUTTER.
2 LT. OF MILK.
250 GRS. OF CREAM.
100 GRS. OF THREADED ALMONDS.
2 SPOONS OF SUGAR.

 
 
 

PREPARATION

• Spread the peppers with oil and fry them; remove the skin and the stems
• Blend with milk very well to avoid strain.
• Pour on a fry pan and boil; gradually add the cream and cheese cream. Mix until the cheese melts. Flavour with salt and pepper.
• Aside; toast the almonds and add sugar, mix tly until they caramelize. Servet he cream and decorate with the sugared almonds
